Order Stages:

Your order will pass through six stages, detailed below.  Upon completion of each stage ESP will send you an email confirming the updated order delivery status.

Stage 1: Order Acknowledgement

Acknowledges ESP’s receipt of the order and your customer project manager’s name

 

Stage 2: Requested LNP Process Date

Submission of the phone numbers you would like to port to our network.

 

Stage 3: Building your PBX

Custom configuration of your phones system auto attendant and general call routing.

 

Stage 4: Firm Order Completion Date

Notification that we have received a firm order completion date on when we will port your telephone numbers to our network.

 

Stage 5: Installation and Training

Complete onsite implementation and programming of hardware, phones, switches, and routers.  Following installation ESP will provide training sessions to all employees on how to use the new phone system and customer portal.

 

Stage 6: Order Completion

Confirmation that we have successfully ported your telephone numbers to our network.  You will also receive necessary points of contact for the future.
